Superfoods are foods that are healthy for you because they are either nutrient-dense or offer multiple health benefits or both. Most brightly-coloured fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grains, and beans can be considered a superfood.
The following is a list of 60 superfoods. Each week I will be writing about one of these superfoods and why it is beneficial to include it in your diet . Please keep in mind that any list of superfoods is subjective and that a healthy diet includes eating a wide variety of whole foods.
