Geerthana Uthayakumar Art is getting just as much attention as the core subjects around here. Whenever possible we’ll be drawing/sketching/painting outdoors. It’s a great way to relax, get inspired, and connect with nature.
This week we worked on watercolour techniques. I wish I had taken a picture of how much the kids learned and how much they had improved in just under an hour but instead I took this as their starting point. They each painted something from my mom’s garden. We also “painted” using various flowers from the garden.
